Online Sales Policy
Federal Firearms License Shipping Statement:
Only firearms can be shipped to registered and verified licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) holders within the United States. All products are usually shipped within three to seven business days after confirmed payments are received. All sales are final. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the accessories and/or firearms being purchased are legal in the state they are a resident of.
Age Verification Requirements:
To comply with federal and state regulations, we require all customers to verify their age before completing a purchase. Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID to confirm they are at least 18 or 21 years old depending on the product being sold. This verification process helps ensure that age-restricted products are not sold to minors.
Background Checks:
All customers purchasing firearms must undergo a background check to ensure compliance with federal and state laws. This process involves verifying the customer’s criminal history, mental health records, and other relevant information. The background check will be completed at the FFL you selected for your firearm to be shipped too.
Prohibited States or Locations:
Certain states and locations within the United States have restrictions on the sale and shipment of firearms. We do not ship firearms to the following states or locations:
- California
- Colorado
- New York
- New Jersey
- Massachusetts
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- Washington, D.C.
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Refund Policy:
All firearm sales are final. Firearms will only be shipped to registered and verified FFL dealers within the United States. All accessories are sold as is.
Order Cancellations:
Due to constantly changing state regulations, Firingline at its own discretion can cancel orders as needed to meet the legal requirements of the purchasers state laws.
